- In case of Uniforms, ONLY EXCHANGE requests will be considered.
- In case of wrong product shipped from our OR seller’s end, the exchange will be done without any extra charges. For Exchange requests for higher or lower size of uniforms, there will be a convenience fees charge that will be borne by you along with the difference in the amount payable on account of the size change.
- The product to be returned/exchanged should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure that clothes and footwear are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged. Retain original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in a safe condition with the product.
- However, damage due to misuse of product is not covered under the policy.
